How to select appropriate sanitary napkin?

The survey shows 73% of women often feel itching and burning pain in menstrual period caused by unpenetrable sanitary napkin. How many types of colpitis can be divided into?

The cause of colpitis can be various, such as damaged vagina, external stimulation (pessary, suppository, remained tampon, gauze), erodent, contraceptive or oil paste, irritative vagina cleansing. Moreover, the normal protective function of vagina can be destroyed by increasing uterus secretion, uterus bleeding, or vagina surgery injury resulted from pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, endometritis, abortion and child-bearing. The commonest bacteriaceae are staphylococcemia, streptococcus, Escherichia coli and haemolythc streptococc.

Symptom:

The commonest symptom is too much vagina secretion, pyoid, serosity, and even smelly. The secretion stimulates urethra mouth, resulting frequent micturition, urgent micturition, pain in urination, heaviness in vagina, burning pain, and also uncomfortate pelvic cavity, and tiredness.

Myeotica Colpitis

Reasons:
①  About 80%-90% of myeotica colpitis is caused by candida albicans infection. It is commonly seen in pregnant women or patients with diabetes or treated with hormone;
②  The long-time application of broad-spectrum antibiotic and cortin will result in dysbacteriosis, and thus causing bacterial diseases;
③  Serious infection disease and other wasting diseases. 

Clinical manifestation:
Some patients with this disease suffer from increased leucorrhea secretion, sticky, white bean dregs or cream like. The leucorrhea sticks on the inner side of nympha and vagina mucous membrane, and it is easy to bleed because of friction. About 50% of patients suffer from water like leucorrhea or pyoid instead of white stuff, with no serious symptom, except moist vulvae.

Bacterial Colpitis:

Because of frequent sexual intercourse and multiple sexual partners, the alkali sperm is stored in vagina, which refrain the growth of normal lactobacillus in vagina, destroying the healthy acid environment in vagina, and resulting dysbacteriosis, and then causing the occurrence of the disease. The bacterial colpitis appears slow, and the leucorrhea is much and watery, grey and with foam, and special bad smell is produced by decomposition of virus. In the period of menstrual period or sexual intercourse, it is smellier. Patients feel vulvae itching and burning, while in gynecological check up, no inflammation can be found on vagina walls, which is feature of bacterial colpitis. Bacterial colpitis can cause oviduct inflammation and thus lead to sterility. Pregnant women, when infected, can suffer from premature rupture of membranes and cause abortion.  Children born by infected mother suffer from spreading pyoderma, excoriation, which is often taken mistakably ascongenital syphilis.
